Mid-Level Commercial Litigation/Bankruptcy Associate

This position requires minimum of 4 years of experience handling commercial litigation matters. Bankruptcy experience is strong plus. If the candidate lacks bankruptcy experience, the candidate will be expected to develop bankruptcy experience if hired. Excellent oral and written advocacy and legal analysis skills are required.
