Julie Kwun is an associate in the litigation group, focusing on employment litigation. Ms. Kwun has defended clients against claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, defamation, retaliation, as well as wage and hour class actions, including claims of misclassification, meal and rest period violations, forfeiture of vacation wages, and split-shift premiums.  Ms. Kwun has represented clients before federal and state courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement.

Ms. Kwun also advises clients on all phases of employment law, including employee handbooks, workplace investigations, disciplinary actions and wage and hour law compliance.

Ms. Kwun is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (B.A., 2001) and University of Southern California Law School (J.D., 2005).  Ms. Kwun is a member of the Labor and Employment Section of the State Bar of California.
